FAQ – My Rewards

Yes. All members are part of My Rewards. You never need to contact us to enroll or re-enroll.

Your points are calculated on the last day of the month based on your products, services, and activity during the prior month. The score you have will determine what benefits you will receive during the next month.

Please view your points in Online Banking. You can view what you have earned points for, what tier you are currently in, and what you could do to earn more points.

There are several ways to increase your score. Have you signed up for:

  • It’sMe247 Online Banking
  • eStatements
  • It’sMe247 Bill Pay
  • eNotices
  • eAlerts
  • Text banking

Last month was your savings account negative, loan delinquent, and address correct? These are three items that can cost you 200 points.

You will have a score for each account number, based on the activity and products and services of that account. If you wish to consolidate accounts, please contact a MyUSA CU representative.
