Password Warning in Online Banking

When entering your password and/or security question to access the new Online Banking, you may encounter a message. Please note: this does not mean that your account or password have been compromised. This message is also not originating from MyUSA CU’s Online Banking. Instead, it is originating from Chrome, as the browser now features built in functionality where it can intercept password fields and compare them against lists of compromised passwords from the dark web. For more information visit this help page from our data processor

Mobile App Card Controls

Set up text alerts for debit card transactions above a dollar amount that you designate. You can also temporarily lock a debit card you think may be lost. This is helpful when you think the card is in your car, couch cushions, etc… but you don’t want to cancel the card.

To enroll in Bill Pay, simply log in to MyUSA’s Online / Mobile Banking click the Pay & Transfer icon. Step-by-step instructions will guide you through enrollment and setup. You’ll be ready to go in no time!

Text Banking

Text Alerts

Create and stay informed with real-time text alerts such as:

  • Account balance
  • ACH deposit or withdrawal notification
  • Loan payment due notification
  • eNotice notification
  • Account balance
  • Balance notification (below, at, or over an amount you designate
  • When more than a certain number of transactions post in a day
  • When more than a certain dollar amount of transactions post in a day

Text Banking Command

In Online / Mobile Banking, enroll your mobile device for text banking. If you have more than one account, you can create nicknames to help you tell them apart. Text commands below to 46247:

  • BAL = Balance for all eligible accounts
  • TRANS MYCODE $ = Executes the transfer with the specified amount
  • STOP = Turns off all text banking
  • HELP = Provides you help for unenrollment

MyUSA Credit Union does not charge a fee for Text Banking. However, carrier message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless provider for information about carrier charges on your mobile phone account and service plan.

SavvyMoney Credit Score

Your credit score can impact your ability to get a loan, receive the best loan rate, and in some cases, get a job. To help inform, educate, and assist you improve your score, we’re excited to offer SavvyMoney through our Online / Mobile Banking. Members can check their credit score at any time, right from their phone or computer. To get started:

  • Login to Online / Mobile Banking
  • Under “My Accounts” in the menu
  • Click on “Credit Score”

The program is FREE for members and is a great resource to help you improve your credit score. Plus, we’ll provide you personalized tips on improving your score and send you special offers! You can refresh your report daily without any negative affects to your score. Features include:

  • Complete credit report with your score
  • Break down of each section of your credit report
  • Suggestions to improve your score
  • Personalized money-saving offers
  • Financial education tips
  • Monitoring alerts
  • Easily dispute errors

MyUSA Virtual Strongbox

With MyUSA Virtual Strongbox, you can have access to important documents at your fingertips! You will have peace of mind knowing that you have access to copies of your important documents anywhere, anytime. Files you load will be protected with encryption that only you can access, and you have the option to safely share documents with anyone you want via a secure link. Save important documents through Online Banking such as:

  • Wills
  • Mortgages
  • Passport copies
  • Tax documents
  • Loan forms

Access MyUSA Virtual Strongbox by signing into Online Banking and go to the My Documents tab. All members are allocated 10MB of storage for FREE!  If you would like to add additional storage, you can upgrade for a small annual fee.
